Being a community of Christ. Reaching our community for Christ.

For over fifty years Community Bible Church has ministered in the Baton Rouge area through Christ-centered worship, faithful Bible teaching, local community outreach, and a missional focus on the world.

We are seeking to be a "5:16 Church"...
A community that prays fervently (James 5:16), rejoices always (1 Thessalonians 5:16), walks in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16), shines the light of Jesus Christ (Matthew 5:16), and redeems the time (Ephesians 5:16).

Built on a "3:16 Foundation"...
A community that knows God's love in Jesus Christ (John 3:16), shows God's love to one another (1 John 3:16), and grows in God's love through knowledge and obedience to His Word (2 Timothy 3:16).

If you are looking for a Bible-teaching church with a heart for worshiping God in spirit and in truth, then we invite you to join us. We have two morning worship services at 9:00am and 10:45am. Adult Sunday School classes and the Journey for kids are at 9:00am.
